Police Continue To Investigate Road Rage Incident - News Story - WPTZ 5 Plattsburgh: "ST. JOHNSBURY, V.t. -- Vermont State Police say it may be next week before they and a county prosecutor decide whether to charge the driver of a truck that struck and fatally injured a woman in St. Johnsbury Thursday. They said 45-year-old Laurie Bragdon, from Guildhall, Vt., was upset with the way a trucker had driven through the town of Lunenburg and followed him to St. Johnsbury where she confronted him and the two had an argument. Bragdon's daughter, who witnessed the incident, said the truck driver almost sideswiped her mother's car. Police said after the argument Bragdon stood in front of the truck as the driver, 41-year-old Delbert Degree, tried to pull away. They said Bragdon was then hit, dragged and crushed by the tractor-trailer"
